Managing Project Teams (2 Days)
Project Management is a key skill in many organisations. In some cases the people side is an "add on" as part of a project management training programme. This programme can be delivered in one of two ways. The baulk standard skills delivery type programme or create project teams in the training room to address real organisational issues and introduce real life situations into scenarios (for example team member leaves) The latter delivery style requires pre-course collaboration betwen CTD and client (usual technique for those of you who have worked with us previously). It is a much more pragmatic and dynamic approach.
We believe it is far too important to be treated in such a way; no people=no project
