IT is a major compnent of the world in which we live and work.

Many people are employed in the IT industry using a variety of analytical techniques.

The concept behind this course is that instead of trying to enhance the inter-personal skills of people who are, by nature, process minded adapt people management training to fit into their process orientated world.

Whatever analytical techniques are used in your workplace we can adapt them to be used in people managment.

Opposite is a programme outline but we are aware not all process techniques are used in all organisations. It would be taylored in line with your requirements.

Just wish I could think of a snappier title!!

Process Techniques to Manage People

Managing people analytically (2 days)

Our course is designed to use delegates’ analytical and process skills to improve their people management. This is accomplished by using our specifically designed format to transfer their skills from one part of their working lives to another. Previously soft skill training has focussed on introducing new topics to such delegates. Our approach is innovative and revolutionary. We transfer soft skill training into their analytical minds by using techniques they already understand but using them in a different way. We feel this is more in line with delegates’ needs.
