Bespoke Programmes

 

Every organisation is different. WHY?

Different products, different services, different aims, different objectives, different cultures, different people-the list could go on and on. The point is all are unique.

 

For some situations a well delivered generic programme will suffice but for others a programme needs to be more attuned to organisational objectives. That way you get best value for your training investment.

 

How can a programme REALLY be attuned to organisational need?

 

To achieve this the training provider needs to understand your organisation-get a "feel" for the place. We believe the best way to do this is to LISTEN to what you want and then create a draft programme for you to review and amend, if necessary. Our experience shows that working together in collaboration is the best route to mutual success. 

 

Aren't bespoke programmes very expensive?

 

Your investment can be calculated using our easy to use pricing system on Investment page. Compare it to the cost of sending your people on public courses-you may be surprised!!

 

However investment can be reduced even further;

 

  • The more delegates attending the less investment per person-delegates may be found in other departments or locations

  • Use your own trainers-we can train your trainers to a very high standard and they have the added benefit of organisational knowledge

  • We can design a programme, with your trainers if preferred, and once agreed your trainers can deliver it (as many times as you like)

  •  Training time can be reduced by delegates carrying out related tasks prior to and, if appropriate, between delivery dates (for example completing self assessments and gathering information from others regarding their performance)

 

 

Please note there is no extra investment if a programme is spread over a period. For example a 3 day programme delivered on consecutive days carries the same investment as a three day programme delivered over a three week period.
