We live in a bite size world where information is delivered in a short, sharp focussed way.

Texts and adverts are typical examples of this concept.

Therefore many people are comfortable with this route to expand their knowledge base or skill level.

In our experience many delegates do not need a full day's skill training but benefit more from a shorter session incorporating key topics.

However, to have value, the topics must be linked to the workplace. CTD ahieve this by using uniquely created models as well as tried and tested techniques.

Business Bites

Ever attended training and felt part of the day was wasted? Ever reached the really interesting part of the programme but felt weary and did not gain full benefit after sitting through less relevant topics? Business bites may provide the answer.

A Business Bite is a short training session on a particular topic. Usually a number are run one after the other for a half or full day. The topics are your choice. Tell us what you want and we will deliver.

Your people enahnce their skill set in key areas without spending a day away from work.

Business Bites topics previously delivered include; Self Motivation, Thinking Outside the Box, Prioritising Workloads, Planning, Relationships Between Departments, Decision Making, Dealing with Difficult People and Taking Responsibility for Own Career.

An example of a typical programme is shown below. A uniquely created step by step process sheet has been created to help apply learnings to individual workplace.

A Business Bite can be delivered in 50mins-1 hour. Very little time is taken from the workplace whilst skillset is enhanced. Win-Win!
